Why I Specialise in AI Transformation
After seeing AI initiatives fail time and again, not because the tech didn’t work but because the organisation wasn’t ready. I developed methodologies that focus on the 80% of transformation that isn’t technical.
The pattern is always the same: brilliant technology meets unprepared humans, and the humans and the environment or system in which they operate always win.
My Frameworks
CLEAR Framework: Structured approach to organisational change
Human-Centric AI Agile Manifesto: Principles for people-first AI adoption
2Rs and 1E (Relation, Reflection, Empowerment): Behavioural model for learning and adoption
AI Readiness Index: Predictive diagnostic for assessing transformation readiness
My Approach
Sell it, don’t tell it: Real change happens when people are active participants, not passive recipients.
Resistance as intelligence: Pushback is a form of feedback. It reveals what needs to be solved, not ignored.
20% tech, 80% human: Technology is the easy part. Getting people ready for it is the real work.
Recent Focus
Designing AI readiness methodologies for complex organisations
Embedding human-centred principles into AI implementation
Analysing common AI failure patterns and how to prevent them
Building change psychology frameworks tailored to AI adoption
What Does
“Gabasics” Mean?
Gabasics started as a blend of my name (Gabriel) and “General Agility Basics” - the foundations of practical, human-led change. But it’s grown into something bigger: a philosophy rooted in the human truths that make or break AI transformation.
